ESPRESSO RUN 5 MILE

PLEASE NOTE: DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO MAY16th DUE TO RACE COURSE PATHWAY BEING REOPENED

WHO: Anyone is invited to participate! A flat rate of $25 dollars applies to all athletes.

What: A 5 mile (approx. 8km) race which will take place on the Bow river pathway. The race course starts across from Tri It Multisport and will head West to Edsworthy Park. After crossing the railway tracks runners will run to the top of Douglas Fir trial before retracing steps to their finish.

When: May 16th, 2014. 7:00 PM START TIME!

Where: Tri It Multisport. 2640 Parkdale Blvd N.W. Calgary, AB

Race Start: The race start/ finish is located directly across the street from Tri It. Please use the cross walk located 100 meters west of Tri It to cross the road both before and after the race.

Race starts at 7:00 PM

Parking: Parking is available in the Tri It Parking lots and on surrounding streets. There is street parking located within a 400m radius of Tri It. Park early and make sure you make it to the store prior to 7:00 PM.

Prizes: Age group awards will be awarded to the top 3 athletes in each age group. Male and Female athletes in each age group compete against each other. Overall Male and Female athletes (top 3) are competing for special prizes.

Race Package Pickup: Package pick up will be available at Tri It Multisport between 2:30pm and 5:30pm on May 16th
