Table Options:

The Stornoway Community Yard Sale and Family Fun Fair is an outdoor event.  However, people who choose a "Guaranteed Indoor" table, will be guaranteed an indoor space in the event of rain.  Please see our rain policy below.  Due to space limitations, vendors wishing to rent an "outdoor only" table can not be accommodated inside the school.  Refunds for "outdoor only" vendors will issued at the discretion of the school, taking weather conditions into consideration. 

Table Fees:

Guaranteed Indoor Table - $35.00
Outdoor Only Table - $30.00

Table Payments:

This is a table reservation only.  Payment MUST be received within 2 weeks of your table reservation.  Payments can be mailed or delivered to: Stornoway Crescent Public School, 36 Stornoway Crescent, Thornhill, L3T 3X7.  Cheques should be made payable to: Stornoway Crescent Public School.  School hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm.  If we do not receive your payment within 2 weeks of your table reservation, your table will be reassigned. 

Refund Policy:

The Stornoway Community Yard Sale and Family Fun Fair is a fund raising event.  As such, we do not provide refunds on table rental fees.  However, should you be unable to participate in the sale, you are welcome to find a replacement, and your replacement can reimburse you.   Please make sure you inform the event organizer so that your replacement can receive important information about the sale.

Rental Agreement:

1. Table set-up is from 7:30am-9:00am on Saturday June 2nd. 
2. After unloading your car, please park your vehicle behind the school as quickly as possible.  This will help keep vehicle congestion in the road to a minimum, and will help keep the parking lot open for our customers.
3. At the completion of the sale, all remaining unsold items must go home with you.  This includes empty boxes and garbage.

Rain Policy:

If the chance of rain is very high (ie, 75% or more), the sale will automatically be held indoors.  If the chance of rain is questionable (i.e., 50/50), we will hold the sale indoors, only if it is raining at 6:30am when we are setting up the tables.  We have a limited number of "guaranteed indoor tables" that we can accommodate in the school should the sale be held indoors.  Please note that if it begins to rain during the course of the morning, it is challenging at that point to move the tables indoors.  We will do our best to move the "guaranteed indoor tables" inside, but can not promise a seamless process.   As this is a fund raising event, we are unable to issue refunds if it begins to rain during the course of the morning and the sale ends prematurely.
