SpaceUp San Diego 2012

SpaceUp is a space unconference, where participants decide the topics, schedule, and structure of the event. Everyone who attends SpaceUp is encouraged to give a talk, moderate a panel, or start a discussion. Sessions are proposed and scheduled on the day they’re given, which means the usual “hallway conversations” turn into full-fledged topics.

SpaceUp San Diego 2010 was the first SpaceUp ever, and it was awesome again in 2011. It’s coming back to San Diego in February 2012, and you won't want to miss it. Registration is limited; here are your options:

• Adult Attendee - Register for two days of SpaceUp, which includes meals, snacks, a t-shirt, and a few surprise goodies.
• Launch Crew - Register as above, plus get a super-awesome exclusive Launch Crew t-shirt. Proceeds go to support Student registrations.
• Student Volunteer - Students who are willing to help out for a few hours during the event get a steep discount.
• Child Attendee - Bring your child with you to SpaceUp! We'll have a few special activities for kids and kids-at-heart. (Childcare won't be provided, so plan accordingly.)
• T minus 5 Talks Only - The party on Saturday night (6 to 10 pm) will feature those famous 5-minute Ignite-format talks. If you can only attend that night or want to bring a guest, choose this option.
• Online Attendee - Watching on Spacevidcast, but want the t-shirt and goodies? Choose this option. (Note: The package will be mailed to you after the event.)
  

You will be amazed at what comes out of SpaceUp. Based on past SpaceUps, we expect to see businesses started, problems solved, projects kicked off, plans hatched, and amazing friendships born.
