Please reserve your place at the BIG WEEKEND 2012 using the order form above. We are doing our upmost to keep the price as low as possible and if you're a student we've arranged a whopping £40 discount for you. And if you book by the 16th December we'll even knock a further ten pounds off. Hurry, spaces are limited and the final deadline is 31st January.

We prefer you to pay using PayPal but if this is difficult please drop us an email. Once you're all paid up we'll send you a confirmation email and, closer to the time, further information such as what to bring.

We may use your information to send you further details about The Navigators that may be of interest to you, such as the details of next year's BIG WEEKEND. Tick the box if you would prefer us not to do this.

Important: How To Choose a Track

There will be a chance to explore some practical content in BIG Weekend's three distinct tracks: IGNITE, EQUIP & ENGAGE. Please read the following and choose which track you would like to join. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to switch tracks on the weekend itself. 

• Choose IGNITE if you are looking for some practical ways to get to know God better, perhaps to kickstart or reinvigorate your relationship with Him. Learn and practice some of the nuts and bolts of being a disciple of Jesus.
• Choose EQUIP if you want to help others to grow. Who do you need to be and what practical things will help you? You may be currently leading in a small group context or giving personal help to others 1-1. Or perhaps you are just looking to explore helping others in these ways.
• Choose ENGAGE if you want to explore how God relates to all areas of life: TV, film, music, sport, work, studying & Facebook! How does modern life & culture integrate with being a disciple of Jesus?

Registration

Conference registration will begin at 4pm on the Friday.

Meals

Friday dinner will be served between 6pm and 8pm. You can either eat before you arrive or order a dinner ticket for £5. We can not guarantee this price and availability without a ticket. If you can not guarantee arriving in time for dinner you might like to book a packed tea (Sandwich, Fruit, Crisps, Biscuit Snack & Drink) for £6. Alternatively, you can arrange your own evening meal.

You can choose to have Saturday lunch within the hotel, where we have arranged a discounted price of £5.95. Alternatively, you may want to have lunch out whilst exploring the sights of Blackpool. Please bring cash to pay for this yourself.

All other meals are included in the ticket price.

Accomodation

All bed linen and pillows are provided. Complementary soap and shampoo is also provided, although you may want to bring your own.

All rooms are en-suite and offer TV, Telephone, Hairdryer and Tea & Coffee making facilities.

In order to keep costs down we will put you in a twin room with other delegates. That's why it helps to know your date of birth and your gender. Please indicate on the booking form if you would like to share a room with any one in particular - although we can't always guarantee this. Let us know if you require a single room for any reason.
