Vegans rejoice!
You asked, we listened and it’s time for the first ever Contemporary Vegan Secret Pickle.
Using
farm-fresh ingredients springing fresh from Ontario gardens, alongside
contemporary techniques and Chef Matt Kantor’s natural flare with mushrooms,
vegetables, and grains, the Vegan Pickle will be flavourful, intriguing and
fun.
We’ll
be pouring vegan wines from Chateau des Charmes (whose wines contain no
animal products), and which pair wonderfully with the inspired menu
Matt is preparing.
Held at Brian Pieters Photography studio in Lesieville, this night of Vegan pleasures will be a Pickle not to be missed.
