Speed Mentoring

Speed Mentoring is like Speed Dating. You'll meet several potential mentors for a few minutes each, and get a quick sense of who your "matches" are--whose needs and interests and commitment level match yours. Maybe you want a mentor to talk about career planning, for example, but you're not too concerned about getting opinions on your portfolio. You should be up front about how much time you want a mentor to commit, how much time you can commit, and whether it's face-to-face, or strictly by phone or online.

And. It's. FUN.

Why seek a mentor? You'll learn from someone who's been there. You'll develop connections in the UX community. You'll have someone to bounce questions off of who's probably already answered them themselves.

We have a fantastic slate of mentors this year--and, since we need even numbers of mentors and mentees for this event, unfortunately space is limited. Please take a ticket only if you're committed to coming and are keen to get a UX mentor. Thanks!
