Supporting People Affected by Breast Cancer

CKC United chose to support breast cancer as its first event largely due to our founder's personal connection to a survivor of the disease. Many of our members and friends have personal relationships with people who have battled cancer. Our efforts have evolved into a full campaign culminating with Rock the Ribbon. After much research the CKC has found the perfect recipient for the funds raised, The Thomas Jefferson University Kimmel Cancer Center. Our goal is to raise and donate $30,000 to the KCC.

This event is 21+. A government issued picture ID is required for admission.

The person whose name appears on the will call list must be the one to claim their tickets at the venue with a picture ID.   Will Call name changes will be allowed up to three days before the event. No names changed will be allowed at the venue.

The ticket holder assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the event for which this ticket is issued, including seen and unforeseen dangers.  In case of any such claims arising from this event or ticket purchase, the holder expressly agrees to release the venue and all its agents, performers, CKC United, Inc. and its agents from any claims.

If the event has to be canceled, patrons will be informed via the contact information they provided. Refunds will be issued in a reasonable and timely manner.  Inclement weather is not cause for a refund, unless the event itself is canceled. In the event of severe rain or snow, weather updates and performance status will be on www.ckcunited.org.  A performance that has begun, but is shortened, is not cause for a full or partial refund.

If the event has to be rescheduled, we will provide adequate notice for all ticket holders.

Artists are subject to change without prior notice and a change of artist is not cause for a refund.

The Regal Ballroom and CKC United, Inc. reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder in the event of disorderly or abusive conduct, inappropriate language, improper attire, or as management sees fit. The venue also reserves the right to eject any person(s) for conduct or language deemed inappropriate by management. Under these provisions, the ticket holder is entitled to no refunds or remuneration of any kind. This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon proper refund of the ticket's face value.

By using this ticket, the holder agrees to abide by all rules and regulations instated by the venue, management, and other parties properly associated with the event for which this ticket is issued.

Outside alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind are prohibited.

The ticket holder acknowledges that the event may be publicized by photography and video and/or audio recording, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any transmission or reproduction of this event.

You acknowledge that complying with laws is your responsibility, AND YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD US LIABLE FOR YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY LAW OR OUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY YOU OF, OR PROPERLY APPLY, ANY LAW. WE WILL COMPLY WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MAY PROVIDE THEM WITH ALL INFOR¬MATION YOU SUBMIT TO US TO ASSIST IN ANY INVESTIGATION OR PROSECUTION THEY MAY CONDUCT. You represent and warrant that all information you provide, including but not limited to all information concerning your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information of any nature will be true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes.
