Goûter Pop-Up Dinner at 410 GooDBuddY

Feast your stomach as well as your eyes with a pop-up dinner in gallery space 410 GooDBuddY, featuring the art of local painter Dana Ellyn and a vegan meal by Goûter.

When you arrive at the gallery, you'll be greeted with a vodka cocktail featuring one of Goûter's famous juice tonics.  Enjoy your cocktail as you wander the space and take in Dana's paintings, which riff on what it means to eat animals.  Let the art inspire your conversation at our community table, as you enjoy a four-course meal marries both raw and cooked ingredients.  Your entree will be followed by a sampling of Goûter chocolate barks and their twist on a Tootsie Roll. 

Please feel free to bring your own wine.  Wine glasses and corkscrews will be available for your use.  And Uber has your ride home covered.  Attendees will be emailed a code for $15 off their first Uber ride.

All donations benefit The Kindness Collective and Compassion Over Killing. Due to the nature of this event, ticket donations will not be refunded unless the dinner is canceled by the host.  This event is possible through the generous support of Wiebenson & Dorman Architects PC.

Drink ~ lemon, cayenne, maple sugar
Bisque ~ burnt broccoli, almond melk, lemon foam
Czar ~ radicchio, baby lettuce, crispy red russian kale
Pasta ~ celery root tagliatelle, roasted mushrooms, truffle pine nut parmesan
Dessert ~ "Tootsie Rolls" of hemp seeds, cacao nibs, spirulina and Raw Chocolate with maca, sprouted buckwheat, sea salt
