Update: G has agreed to match all DemoCamp donations and asked that we donate all proceeds to Haitian earthquake relief efforts. @leilaboujnane has suggested that all donations be made to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). The group PayPal donation button is available, I will publish numbers on Twitter of our current status.
Gurbaksh Chahal, aka G, (blog, Twitter, gWallet) is joining us for a conversation at DemoCamp. He'll doing 2 things:
- He'll be joining us for a chat about entrepreneurship, selling BlueLithium to Yahoo in 2007, and his new venture gWallet.
- A demo of gWallet and stick around to ask other demoers the first question of the Q&A session.
How do I present?
- Preference given to social gaming and virtual world companies (think Facebook, Myspace, Zynga, Playfish, etc.). We will not be excluding other companies, but G will be apart of the selection process and he has indicated this is his personal area of interest for both gWallet and angel investing.
- Apply to present and make sure you separately have a ticket to attend.
